Bella (10) is an equestrienne and junior paleontologist-hopeful with exceptional drawing ability and a wonderful sense of humor. She trains our dogs with skill and enjoys exploring the woods and writing tales of the Cretaceous age. She can also hypnotize a chicken.
Zoe (8) is an equestrienne and lover of all creatures, particularly those of the feline persuasion. She is an artist, an impressive bird mimic, and a friend to all. One of her favorite places is the kitchen where she's always ready to chop, sauté, or stir. I bet she would play board games 24 hours a day if allowed.
Iago (4) is my little knight, always ready to do battle against errant roosters. He builds exceptional towers, colors inside the lines (sometimes), draws nifty trains, and disassembles many household items with real screwdrivers. His favorite color is green, and my favorite quote of his is, "Mom...I loves you."
Mira (9 mos.) is a darling, fat butterbaby. Her hobbies are mouthing blocks, pulling up, and babbling. She enjoys applesauce, Greek yogurt, and acorn squash. Her giggles are irresistible.
Bella and Zoe work together in all subjects except mathematics (Bella is in Singapore 5A, while Zoe is in 3B). Our curricula can be explored from the sidebar at right. I intend to post my ideal schedule here shortly.
